Lightweight, compact emergency tent for hikers and trekkers. It even fits in a cargo pocket of field pants, can be set up quickly with 3 cords or a wooden frame. Weather may change quickly and unforeseen on a hike, you get lost or injured and can't move any further. This tent serves as an emergency shelter for these situations, but it is not intended as a permanent shelter solution. With a length of approx. 230cm, the tent offers an enclosed shelter on 2 sides with floor of approx 90cm width. If one end gets folded down-under, the tent can be used as a bivi bag for 1-2 people. The orange color makes it easy for rescuers/search teams to find the user in an emergency situation.
