Its innovative design draws from years of extensive research, material testing, and end-user feedback from on and off the battlefield to adapt with your ever-evolving medical response needs. The SOF® Tourniquet easily slides over a limb as a loop or unclips at the buckle to fit around hard-to-reach areas, such as a trapped limb, without having to rethread the compression band.

In developing the SOF^® Tourniquet, we asked our end-users about their specific experiences and the features that would be most important to them. This feedback is directly implemented into the tourniquet’s construction, making it strong enough to withstand exposure to the harshest environments in the world, easily applied one-handed with a single pull to quickly remove slack, and light enough to carry wherever you go.
