CARE PLUS TICK REMOVER
Have you been bitten by a tick? A tick can transmit various pathogens, including the bacteria that can cause Lyme disease! Remove the tick easily, safely and quickly with Care Plus' tick pliers (Ticks-2-Go).

CHECK YOUR BODY FOR TICK INFESTATION!
You hardly notice a tick bite, and therein lies the danger. The sooner the tick is removed, the smaller the risk of being infected. Have you taken a nice walk in nature or walked through tall grass or low bushes? Have you been active in the garden? Afterward, examine your entire body for tick infestations.

RECOGNIZING A TICK BITE
The larva of a tick is less than a millimeter in size and barely visible to the naked eye. Nevertheless, it can already bite. Therefore, examine your body very thoroughly. After a bite, a red swelling usually forms. If the tick has bitten and sucked blood, it is swollen and clearly visible. It takes a long time for a tick to find a suitable place to bite. So you may find a tick on your body that has not yet bitten.

SAFELY REMOVE A TICK
Have you been bitten by a tick? The first step is to remove the tick correctly and safely using Care Plus tick tongs. Never remove a tick with your fingernail, tweezers and do not use a burning cigarette, alcohol or soap! This can scare the tick and increase secretions into the bite area and possibly pathogens. With the tick pliers (Ticks-2-Go) from Care Plus you can remove the complete tick quickly and safely, including the head. Grasp the tick as close as possible to your skin at the head end of the animal and slowly pull the tick out.

FIRST AID FOR TICK BITES
It is best to remove the tick within 8 hours of the bite, when the risk of being infected with pathogens is lowest. After removing the tick, disinfect the bite site with alcohol.

TICK BITE TREATMENT
Does a red ring form around the bite site (sometimes still after several weeks after the bite)? Do you feel uncomfortable after the bite? Quick and professional treatment is very important now. The faster treatment is given, the more likely it is to be effective. Go directly to your family doctor.

- Easy handling
- Specially designed pincer head (also for nymphs)
- The ticks are not squashed or torn apart
